Maddur Vada

Shaped like a kajjaya, Maddur Vada derives its name from a town called Maddur in Mandya district. This very tasty Maddur Vada is prepared using rice flour, semolina and maida, iruli, curry leaves, coconut and asafoetida.

This is one of the famous oil fried items of Karnataka. It is slightly spicy to eat. That makes it easily everyone’s favorite food. This Maddur Vada has the highest demand in Bengaluru-Mysore railway stations.
