Belagavi Kunda is a famous dessert made in Belgaum district of Karnataka state. Milk or Khoa and sugar are the main ingredients for making Belgaum Kunda. Milk is boiled until it loses most of its water content. Then add sugar and mix well. Cardamom powder and fruits are added at the final stage for extra taste and aroma.
