Akki Rotti is a famous breakfast of Karnataka. Made using rice flour, this akki rotti is a delicious breakfast. The rice flour is cooked and patted into a circle and cooked well on a pan. This is the best combination of chutney, sambar and palya.
Akki Rotti and banana is my favorite combination. Everyone’s favorite rotti is healthy and easy to prepare. Making roti at home at least once a week is no longer a habit. There are two types of this, a rice flour is cooked in boiling water for a short period of time and the roti is patted and baked on a pan. And another rice flour is mixed with other ingredients to make a dough and patted into a roti and baked in a pan.
If you don’t feel like eating plain rice roti, you can add cumin, curry, ginger, onion, carrot, coconut, green onion, cucumber and other ingredients to the rice flour.
