Neer dosa is a famous breakfast of Mangalore, Karnataka. Neer Dosa is very popular in Kundapur and Malenadu places. This neer dosa, known as thin dosa, is made by grinding water-soaked rice, adding water to make it thin, straining it on a dosa pan, and cooking it into two large pieces and serving it in a triangular shape.
Neer Dosa is made with only three ingredients of rice, salt and water and is very soft and tasty. Some add grated coconut to it to enhance the taste. Neer dosa goes great with spicy coconut chutney.
