Dattatreya Temple at Kuruapur is 376 km from Bangalore and 25 km from Raichur district. This place is on an island and limited resources can be found on this island. To reach the island one has to take a putti or a circular shared boat. It takes around 10-20 minutes to cross the river, then 01 km to reach the temple.
