Grover Zampa Vineyards is located in Bangalore Rural District. With three generations of winemaking experience, it is one of the oldest wineries and a unique producer of premium wines in India.
Grover Zampa Vineyards is located at a distance of 45 km from Bangalore, 21 km from Nandi Hills and 06 km from Doddaballapur.
With its rich history, serene environment and beautiful vistas, Grover Zampa Vineyards offers a unique place to experience Indian wine. Wine tours here include a visit to a vineyard, a guided tour of the winemaking process and a tasting by a sommelier after dinner.
There are three time slots that you can choose to plan your vineyard trip. And you can book the slot by calling them in advance – Tel: +91 8956 011 693 Call timings: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
- 1st Slot – 10:30 AM
- 2nd Slot – 12:00 PM
- 3rd Slot – 02:00 PM
You don’t need to pay any amount while booking the slot. Payment can only be done after reaching their location.
You have to pay Rs.1,000 per person for vineyard tour with wine tasting. If you don’t want to taste the wine the you have to pay Rs.500 per person.
Wine Tour Stages
The complete wine tour consists of 03 stages…
- Winery – To understand wine making process.
- Barrel Room – Where aging of wine is done.
- Wine Tasting – Taste different varieties of wine.
And in the last part of the tour you can visit Vineyard where grapes are harvested.
