Kaidala Gangadareshwara Temple is located in Kaidala village of Tumkur taluk in Tumkur district of Karnataka state. This temple is a historical temple built by Amarashilpi Jakanachari.
Kaidala Gangadareshwara Temple is 75 kilometers from Bangalore and 10 kilometers from Tumkur city. It is just 08 KM from Tumkur city Railway Station.
The Gangadareshwara temple on the east side of the Chennakesava temple is carved in the Dravidian style and its navaranga has carved pillars in the Hoysala style. At the bottom of these pillars are carved images of deities Brahma Vishnu Bhairava Krishna Ganapati and Veerabhadra. An image of an elephant and flowers is carved on the 04 wall in the outskirts of the navaranga.
